Contact us

Reach us by WhatsApp at +33 6 44 65 43 13, or by e-mail with the form at the bottom of this page, seven days a week.

We reply in English and French. Write in whichever you prefer.

Include your box, your player, Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and a photo of any error for a faster answer.

Need a hand with your box, your login or your order? Here is how to contact BoxReady IPTV. Real people read every message and answer with clear, button-by-button steps you can follow from the couch. The two ways to reach us are just below; the rest of this page shows how to write a message that gets a useful answer on the first reply. For an overview of everything we handle, see our support page.

Ways to contact BoxReady IPTV

Two channels, both open seven days a week, both read by the same people. Pick the one that suits you; you do not need to use both.

If you are in a hurry, skip straight to the form at the bottom of the page or open WhatsApp now. If you have a minute, read the next few sections first. A message that names your box, your player and what the screen shows usually gets real steps in the first reply, rather than a list of questions. That saves you a round of waiting, which matters most on a Friday evening when the film is already queued.

WhatsApp or the e-mail form: which to pick

Both channels lead to the same help. The choice is about convenience: what you need to show us, and where you are when you write.

Your situationBetter channelWhy
An error message is on the TV right nowWhatsAppYou can send a photo of the screen in seconds
The picture stalls now and thenWhatsAppA short video shows the problem better than words

You are following steps at the TVWhatsAppQuick replies after each step keep the conversation moving

Whichever you choose, stay in that thread for the rest of the conversation. Switching channels halfway means the history of what you tried ends up split in two places, and someone may ask you a question you already answered. If you must switch, say so in your first line, for example “following up on my e-mail about the guide”, so we can join the two.

Both channels are private. Nothing you send is posted anywhere, and nobody else sees your messages or photos. That is one reason we ask you to write to us directly rather than describe your problem in a public group or comment section, where login details tend to slip out.

One small courtesy speeds things up for everyone: if you write on both channels by accident, tell us on one of them that the other can be closed. Two parallel threads about the same box mean two people may start from different steps, and you end up with replies that cross. One thread, one set of steps, one clear path to a working picture.

Contact us on WhatsApp, step by step

The number begins with +33, a country code outside Canada, so the way you save it matters. Here is how to set it up so the chat opens the first time.

  1. Add a new contact on your phone. Open your phone’s Contacts app and create an entry named BoxReady IPTV.
  2. Type the full number with the plus sign. Enter +33 6 44 65 43 13 exactly, with the plus and the country code, and no extra zero.
  3. Open WhatsApp and start a chat. Tap the new-chat icon and search for BoxReady IPTV. If it does not appear, refresh the contact list in WhatsApp.
  4. Write one complete message. Box, player, connection, what you see and what you tried, in a single message.
  5. Attach a photo or a short video. Use the paperclip or camera icon to add a picture of the whole TV screen.
  6. Keep the chat open while you work. When our reply arrives, follow it at the TV and answer after each step.

One message, five facts, one photo: the ideal start to a WhatsApp conversation.

WhatsApp messages travel over your mobile data or your Wi-Fi, so the chat works from any phone that has the app installed from its official store. If you prefer voice notes, keep them short and add the key facts in writing too; written details are easier to check against your screen later.

Contact us by e-mail with the form below

If you would rather not use WhatsApp, the form at the bottom of this page reaches exactly the same people. It suits longer questions, order matters and anything you want to keep in writing.

Fill in your details carefully, especially the e-mail address, because that is where our answer goes. A single wrong letter in the address means our reply never reaches you, and you are left wondering why nobody answered. If you ordered with a particular address, use that same one in the form; it makes order questions much easier to match up.

In the message box, write in plain sentences. You do not need a special format, just the same facts we ask for on WhatsApp: the device, the player, the connection, what you see, and what you already tried. If an error message appears, copy its exact wording. Since the form is text only, describe the screen as precisely as you can, and we will ask for a photo by reply if we need one.

Check your spam folder: our answer comes back by e-mail. If you do not see it in your inbox, look in the spam, junk and promotions folders before writing again. Marking our message as “not spam” helps future replies land where you expect them.

The form is also the right place for questions about your order or your access. Mention the e-mail address you used at checkout and the pack you chose, and leave out card numbers or passwords entirely. We never need your full card details to help you, and you should never type them in a message to anyone.

What to include in your message

A complete first message saves a round of back-and-forth. Here is the short list we hope to see in every request for help.

Phone with a support chat open next to an IPTV box and its remote on a living-room table
Gather the details at the TV, then write one complete message.

The checklist for a first reply that fixes things

Run through these before you press Send.

  • Your box or device model, for example an Android TV box or a Fire TV Stick.
  • The player you use, such as IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, and its version if you can find it.
  • Xtream Codes or M3U link: which login type you entered.
  • Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and your speed measured next to the TV.
  • A photo of any error message on screen.
  • What you already tried: restart, other channel, other input, other player.

The model name lives on the device’s About screen. On a Fire TV Stick, press Home and go to Settings, then My Fire TV, then About. On most Android TV boxes, it is Settings, then Device Preferences, then About; on Google TV boxes, Settings, then System, then About. On an Apple TV, open Settings, then General, then About. A photo of that screen is perfect; there is no need to copy long strings by hand.

The speed figure is worth the extra minute. Plan for 10 Mbps per screen in HD, 15 Mbps in Full HD and 25 Mbps in 4K, and measure with your phone held next to the TV, on the same Wi-Fi band as the box. A figure taken by the router says little about what reaches a box two rooms away. Stuck on login fields? Our page on Xtream Codes on your box may answer it right away.

Writing a first message that gets a real answer

The difference between a vague message and a precise one is often a whole round of questions. Here are typical first lines and how to sharpen them.

“My IPTV is not working”

Say what you see: a spinning circle, an error message, a black screen, a frozen frame, or a return to the menu.

Better: “Spinning circle on all live channels since this evening”
“The app will not log in”

Name the player and copy the exact error. Say whether you used Xtream Codes or an M3U link.

Better: “TiviMate says invalid login with Xtream Codes”
“The TV guide is broken”

Say whether it is empty or shows programmes shifted by whole hours.

Better: “Guide shows programmes one hour early”
“It is slow”

Say whether menus lag before you play anything, or only the picture pauses.

Better: “Menus quick, picture pauses in 4K only”

Context helps as much as the symptom. Did something change recently, like a new router, a moved box, a power cut or an app update? Does it happen at a particular time of day? Does it happen on one device but not another? Each of these clues points to a different layer: the network, the player or the box itself. A first message that mentions them often lets us skip straight to the fix.

Finally, say what you want. “I want 4K in the living room” or “I just need the guide to match the clock” tells us where the finish line is, so our steps aim at it directly.

Photos, videos and screenshots that help

A photo of the TV is often worth a whole paragraph. The trick is knowing which picture to take. Here are the shots that solve the most cases.

What to photographWhat it tells usTip for a clear shot
The error message on the TVThe exact wording and which player shows itTake it before pressing OK; include the whole screen
The player’s settings pageVersion, engine and buffer settings in your menusScroll to the section we name, then photograph
The box’s About screenModel and software versionMove a step closer if the text is small
The back of the box and TVWhich HDMI port, which cable, whether a soundbar sits in betweenUse your phone’s torch behind the TV
The router and the box in the roomDistance, obstacles and how the Wi-Fi has to travelA wide shot from the doorway works well
A stall in progressWhether it is a pause, a freeze or a drop back to the menuA short video on WhatsApp, with the sound on

Phones often show stripes on a TV screen; that is normal and the text stays readable. Turn off a lamp that reflects in the screen, hold the phone straight rather than at an angle, and let it focus before you tap. If a password or a full server address appears in the shot, take a second photo without it, or crop it out before sending. We will ask privately for anything we really need.

Videos deserve a word of their own. For a stall that comes and goes, record from just before it usually happens until just after, with the sound on. That lets us see whether the picture freezes while the sound carries on, whether a spinning circle appears, or whether the player drops back to its menu. Each of those points to a different fix. Keep the clip short; a few moments around the problem are more useful than a long recording of a picture that plays perfectly.

Contacting us before you order

Some questions are far easier to settle before you pay. If any of these apply, write to us first; we would rather answer honestly now than have you find a mismatch later.

Worth asking first

A specific language: the catalogue includes French-language and international content, and for anything more specific, ask support before ordering. Several screens at once: each pack includes 1 simultaneous connection, and more are available on request, with conditions and price given by support. Your connection: send your speed at the TV and we suggest a quality to aim for.

The pack question is a common one too. Here is how the three compare on the figures we can confirm, so you can come to us with a shortlist.

Durations are 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid once in Canadian dollars by card or PayPal, with no contract and no automatic renewal. For prices, see current prices on the plans page; we keep them there rather than in chats so they are always current. If you are still choosing a device, tell us the TV and the room; the best IPTV box in Canada page is a good place to start.

Still deciding on a pack

Compare the three packs and four durations side by side, then ask us anything before you order.

Contacting us about an order or your access

Order questions are usually quick to solve. Here is what normally happens after checkout, and the point at which it is worth writing to us.

  1. At checkout

    You pay once

Pack and duration chosen, paid by card or PayPal in Canadian dollars. No contract, nothing renews on its own.

  2. Within minutes

    Your access arrives

An e-mail with Xtream Codes (server URL, username, password) or an M3U link.

  3. If nothing arrives

    Check every folder

Spam, junk and promotions first. Search your mailbox for the word IPTV.

  4. Still nothing

    Write to us

Give the e-mail address used at checkout and the pack chosen. A mistyped address is a common, easy fix.

  5. End of the period

    Choose again if you wish

When the duration ends, the login stops. Pick a new duration yourself when you are ready.

Once the access is in hand, most questions move to the TV: which player, which fields, which order. Xtream Codes is usually the easier choice with a remote, because three short fields are harder to mistype than one long address. The M3U playlist on your box page covers the other format if your player prefers it. For every step of checkout, see paying for your IPTV plan.

A two-minute reset before you write

A good share of the messages we receive clear up after a restart done in the right order. Try this routine first. If it solves the problem, you have saved yourself a wait; if it does not, you can tell us it is done, and we start one step further along.

  1. Leave the player properly. Press Back until you reach the box’s home screen, so the stream closes instead of running in the background.
  2. Power-cycle the router. Unplug it, count slowly to thirty, plug it back in and wait for its lights to settle.
  3. Restart the box. Settings, then System or Device, then Restart. If the remote does nothing, unplug the box at the wall.
  4. Confirm the input. Press Input or Source on the TV remote and pick the HDMI port the box uses.
  5. Play one channel in HD. Only once it plays smoothly, step up to Full HD, then 4K.

While you are behind the TV, glance at two more things. Is the box powered from its own wall adapter rather than a USB port on the TV? Is it out in the open rather than shut in a cabinet or sitting on top of the router? Weak power and trapped heat both produce stalls and restarts that look like stream problems but are not.

If the problem is still there after the reset, note exactly what you see and when. “Restarted router and box, still a spinning circle on live channels after a few minutes” is a perfect opening line, and it tells us to look at the network first.

What happens after you write

We read your message, look at the details and photo you sent, and reply with steps to try in order. Each step names the exact button or menu.

You writeDetails and a photo
We readNetwork, player or box
You tryOne step at a time
It playsOr we narrow it down

A typical step reads like this: “press Home, open Settings, then Network, and tell us the name of the Wi-Fi the box is on”. Try the steps one at a time with the remote and tell us what you see after each one. If a step changes nothing, that is useful too: it tells us where the problem is not, and the next steps get more precise.

Many fixes come down to placement. Moving the box out of a closed cabinet, running a short Ethernet cable, or switching the TV to the right HDMI input solves more cases than any setting inside the player. So do not be surprised if our first steps take you behind the TV rather than into a menu. That is the BoxReady way: the room first, the app second.

“Nothing changed” is a perfectly good answer. It rules something out, and that is half of every fix.

Working through our steps with the remote

Our replies are meant to be followed, not just read. A little preparation at the TV makes them go much faster.

Remote control pointed at an IPTV box while a phone shows support instructions
Phone in one hand, remote in the other: the best way to follow a reply.

Set yourself up at the TV

Before you start on our steps, get these small things ready.

  • Fresh batteries in the remote, or the box’s official companion remote app on your phone.
  • Your access e-mail open, in case a step asks you to retype a field.
  • A note of any setting you change, so you can put it back.
  • The TV on the right HDMI input, and nothing else streaming in the house.
  • Enough time to finish the steps in one go, or a quick message to say you will continue later.

If a menu on your screen does not exactly match the one we name, pick the closest and tell us what you chose. Menu names shift between models and software versions, and a short “I see System, not Device Preferences” helps us adjust the next step. Typing long addresses is easier with a phone keyboard; our remote control tips for IPTV page shows how to set that up, along with the long-press shortcuts most boxes hide.

If you have to stop halfway, that is not a problem. Send a quick “pausing at step three, back later” and pick up when you can, in the same thread. When you come back, start by saying what the screen shows now, since a box left on for a while, or restarted in the meantime, may have changed state. That way the next step we send matches what is actually in front of you.

When the problem is not on our side

Most issues live in your box, your player or your home network, where our steps can reach. A few belong to someone else. When that happens, we say so plainly and help you gather proof for the right people.

We sort these out with you

  • Logins, typos and the choice between Xtream Codes and M3U
  • Player choice and settings, from the official store
  • TV guide, time zone and offset
  • Buffering tied to Wi-Fi, placement or buffer size
  • HDMI input and resolution settings on the box
  • Packs, durations, payment and access e-mails

Someone else handles these

  • A bug inside a player app: the publisher, through store updates
  • A paid player licence: check the current price on the app’s official website
  • A faulty box or TV: the maker or the shop
  • An internet line that is down: your internet provider
  • Router menus we cannot see: the router’s maker or provider

Even then, we can usually help you prove the cause. A second player tells you whether the app is at fault. An Ethernet cable tells you whether the Wi-Fi is. A speed test next to the TV tells you whether the line is slow. With that in hand, your conversation with a publisher, a shop or a provider is short and to the point. Our box troubleshooting hub explains these tests in detail.

How to tell a real message from us

Anyone can claim to be a support team. A few simple rules help you tell a genuine conversation with BoxReady IPTV from an imitation.

Good to know: never post your password publicly. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for card details, a password or a payment by message, stop. Start a fresh conversation yourself from the number on this page or the form below, and tell us what happened.

  • Real conversations start from you: the WhatsApp number on this page or the form at its bottom.
  • Payment happens only at checkout on this site, by card or PayPal, never by message.
  • We never ask for remote access to your device; you make every change yourself.
  • We never send player files; players come from your device’s official app store.
  • We never offer shared logins or playlists. Your access stays within your own household.

If something feels off, trust that feeling and ask us. A short “did you send me this?” with a screenshot of the suspicious message is always welcome, and it helps us warn other readers.

The same caution applies to offers that sound too generous, such as extra screens, unusual durations or prices that do not match the plans page. Our packs, durations and conditions are the ones written on this site. Anything different, received from an unknown number or account, should be checked with us before you act on it.

Writing to us in English or French

Support works in both languages, seven days a week. Write in the one you find easier; we reply in the same language, and you can switch at any point if you prefer.

Some people find it easier to describe a technical problem in one language and chat in another. That works well. If your box menus are in French but you write in English, quote the menu names as they appear on your screen, in French. It helps us match your view exactly. The same goes the other way round. What matters is that the button names in our reply match the ones on your TV.

Spinning circle
The player is waiting for data. Usually a network question.
Frozen frame
The picture stops but the menu still responds. Often the stream or the player engine.
Black screen with sound
Audio plays, video does not. Usually the player engine and the stream format.
No signal
The TV sees nothing from the box. HDMI, input or power.
Invalid login
The server did not accept the username or password. Usually a typo.
Shifted guide
The TV guide shows programmes early or late by whole hours. Usually the box clock.

Using these words in your message, in either language, tells us at once which part of the setup to look at.

What to send for common situations

Some situations come up again and again. For each one, a particular detail or photo speeds things up. Use this table to put the right facts in your first message.

SituationMost useful detailMost useful photo
New box, first setupModel, player chosen, login typeThe player’s login screen before you press Add
Worked yesterday, not todayWhat changed: router, power cut, app update, moved boxThe error or the stalled picture
4K TV but no 4K pictureTV model, HDMI port used, cable, box display settingThe box’s Display settings page
Guide shifted or emptyBox time zone, player nameThe guide next to the box clock
Stalls only in the eveningSpeed at the TV at that time, other devices onlineA short video of the stall
Stream stops when someone else watchesWhich devices were playingThe message on the screen that stopped
Remote no longer respondsBox model, whether batteries were changedThe front of the box with its light on

The second row deserves a note. When something worked and then stopped, the change is almost always the clue. A new router may broadcast a new Wi-Fi name the box has never joined. A power cut can reset the box clock, shifting the guide. An app update can move a setting or reset the player engine. Mention the change in your first line and we start there.

The row about a stream stopping when someone else watches is not a fault at all. Each pack includes 1 simultaneous connection, so when a second device starts playing, one of the two stops. If your household needs more screens at the same time, write to us and support will give you the conditions and price.

Following up on an earlier message

Problems do not always end in one conversation. Sometimes a fix holds for a week, then the same symptom returns. Sometimes you have to leave halfway through the steps. Here is how to pick things up again without starting from scratch.

Reply in the same thread whenever you can. On WhatsApp, simply scroll back to our last message and write underneath it. By e-mail, answer our reply rather than filling in the form again. The earlier steps, your photos and your box details are all there, so we can continue from the last thing you tried.

If the problem comes back after a fix, tell us what was different the second time. Was it the same channel, the same time of day, the same room? Did anything change in between? A returning problem often points to something that drifts slowly, like heat building up in a cabinet, a cache that fills over time or a Wi-Fi channel that gets busier in the evening.

Deep dive: helping us improve the guides

If you solved a problem with one of our guides but a step was unclear or a menu name did not match your screen, tell us which page and which step. Box makers and player publishers update their software often, and menus move. A short note like “the Fire TV menu is now called something else” helps us correct the guide for the next reader. You do not need to write a report; one line and a photo of the menu you saw is plenty.

Answers you might find without writing

If you like to try things yourself first, these pages cover the questions behind most messages we receive. Each is written the way we reply: menus named, buttons named, one action per step.

If one of these guides gets you most of the way but a step does not match your screen, write to us and name the guide and the step. We can pick up from exactly that point. Want to know more about how we work and why our help starts with the box? Read About BoxReady IPTV. Curious about the device itself? The what is an IPTV box page explains it from the carton to the first channel.

Rather fix it yourself first

FAQ

How can I contact BoxReady IPTV?

By WhatsApp at +33 6 44 65 43 13, or by e-mail using the form at the bottom of this page. Both channels are open seven days a week and reach the same people.

Which languages can I write in?

English and French. Write in whichever you prefer and we reply in the same language.

What should I include in my message?

Your box or device, your player, Xtream Codes or M3U, Wi-Fi or Ethernet with your speed at the TV, a photo of any error, and what you already tried.

Can I send a photo through the e-mail form?

The form is for text. Describe the screen as precisely as you can and copy any error wording; we will ask for a photo by reply if needed. If photos are easier, use WhatsApp.

My access e-mail has not arrived. What should I do?

Access is e-mailed within minutes of the order. Check spam, junk and promotions, then write to us with the e-mail address you used at checkout and the pack you chose.

Can I ask questions before ordering?

Yes. Ask about a specific language, more simultaneous screens than the 1 included per pack, your internet speed or your device. We answer plainly before you pay.

How do I get more screens playing at the same time?

Each pack includes 1 simultaneous connection. Write to us for more simultaneous screens; support gives you the conditions and price.

Will you ask for my password or card details?

Never post your password publicly, and never send card details by message. Payment happens only at checkout on this site. If we need an account detail, we ask for it privately in the conversation you started.

Can you connect to my box remotely?

No. We never ask for remote access. Every fix is a step you do yourself with the remote, so you always know what changed.

What if my problem is with the player app itself?

We are independent from app publishers, but we know the common players well and can guide you through their settings. If the app has a bug, an update from the official store is usually the remedy.

Can I contact you about a box I have not bought yet?

Yes. We do not sell boxes, so our advice is independent. Tell us your TV, the room and how far it is from the router, and we will point you to the device guides that fit your home.
